Project Description
Тази луксозна еднофамилна къща е разположена в полите на Витоша. В този проект е постигната модерна визия чрез умелото преплитане на форми и обеми. Характерни за къщата са плавните и овални форми по фасадата, които допринасят за съвременния облик. Белия корниз по етажите създава детайл и членение на сградата и придава елегантност и изящност на визията. Парапетът допринася за модерния вид на сградата със стъклените си панели. Къщата е на три етажа. На първо ниво са проектирани просторно входно фоайе с овална стълба, голяма дневна, трапезария, кухня, гараж за две коли и баня. Арковидна веранда е разположена пред дневната. Проектирано е площно остъкляване към двора. На второ ниво са разположени четири просторни спални, всяка от които със собствена баня. Пред спалните са развити тераси. На последно ниво са проектирани дневна, кухненси бокс, спалня и баня. Просторна тераса отваря къщата към гледката.
Конструкцията е монолитна стоманобетонна. Ограждащите стени са тухлени с външна топлоизолация. Фасадното оформление включва цветна и бяла мазилка. Дограмата е от PVC със стъклопакет от нискоемисионно стъкло. Покривът е плосък.
Площ на подземно ниво: 30 кв.м.
Площ на първо ниво: 192 кв.м.
Площ на второ ниво: 180 кв.м.
Площ на трето ниво: 150 кв.м.
