We started out as twin brothers in 2005. Today, we are a team of 17 people who have completed over 900 projects. We’ve always followed the same principle: we design a building just as we would design our own home.

Our History

21 years between the blank page and the finished home.

We started out as two brothers with a shared dream. Today, we’re a studio that has helped hundreds of families build their homes.

2005

Founding

Two twin brothers who are architects are opening a studio in Sofia.

2007–2010

First innovations

One of the first in Bulgaria to publish 3D renderings online and offer transparent pricing on its website.

2015–2020

Team Growth

The studio has grown to 11 architects. We are implementing BIM coordination and internal standardization.

2026

Today

Over 900 completed projects. Experience with 6 construction systems. Partners throughout Bulgaria and abroad.

BIM Coordination

All disciplines—architecture, structural engineering, plumbing, HVAC, electrical, and energy efficiency—are coordinated within a single 3D model. Clashes are identified on the drawing, not on-site. No costly rework.

Internal standardization

A single source of truth for every project. Versions, changes, responsibilities—everything is traceable. “Which is the final version?”—never again.
