Този проект на съвременна еднофамилна къща в с. Белчин предлага функционален дизайн с подчертан уют и силна връзка с околната среда. Първият етаж е организиран около светла дневна зона с отворен план, която обединява мястото за почивка и кухнята в общо хармонично пространство. Големите витрини осигуряват директен излаз към просторна веранда, превръщайки двора в естествено и активно продължение на интериора. На това основно ниво са разположени две самостоятелни спални, което гарантира удобство и лесен достъп без стълби за обитателите. Жилищната площ на етажа се допълва от функционална баня, отделна тоалетна и техническо помещение, разположени удобно спрямо входа. Към къщата е проектиран прилежащ гараж, който осигурява сигурно място за автомобила и лесна комуникация с вътрешността на дома.
Второто ниво е решено като таванско пространство с допълнително складово помещение и „въздух“ над дневната, който внася допълнителен обем и светлина в хола. Подземният етаж разширява практичността на жилището с голямо мазе, предназначено за съхранение и организиране на техническите нужди на домакинството.
