Project Description
Този проект в село Нови хан представя съвременна едноетажна къща, създадена за голямо семейство, което цени удобството на живота без стълби. Сърцето на дома е просторна дневна зона от близо 36 кв.м, която обединява кухнята, трапезарията и хола в едно светло и отворено пространство. Големите витрини осигуряват естествена светлина и директна връзка с двора, превръщайки природата в част от интериора.
Всичките четири спални са разположени на първия етаж, което осигурява лесен достъп и усещане за близост. Родителската спалня е проектирана като лична зона за уединение, разполагаща със собствен дрешник и самостоятелна баня. Останалите три спални са с комфортни размери и са разположени по протежение на коридора, обслужвани от втора централна баня. Практичността на дома е подсилена от функционални обслужващи помещения, включващи склад, техническо помещение и отделно мокро помещение за пране и организация. Интегрираният гараж осигурява защитено място за един автомобил и предлага директна връзка към вътрешността на къщата през обслужващата зона.
Фасадата е решена в класическо бяло с тъмен покрив и изчистени линии, което придава на сградата стилен и модерен вид.
