Project Description
Този архитектурен проект в село Бистрица предлага модерен и просторен дом, проектиран за висок стандарт на живот и функционалност. Първият етаж е организиран около светла и отворена дневна зона, в която кухнята, трапезарията и холът се сливат в едно общо пространство за семейни моменти. Кухнята разполага с практичен прилежащ килер, който осигурява допълнителен ред и удобство в ежедневието. Големите витрини осигуряват директен излаз към двора, като свързват интериора с външната среда и верандата. На това ниво е разположен и самостоятелен кабинет тип библиотека — идеално място за работа от дома или тиха зона за концентрация. Обслужващата част на етажа включва функционално входно антре с малък дрешник и баня с тоалетна.
Къщата разполага с цялостно подземно ниво, където са поместени гараж за два автомобила, голямо техническо помещение и два склада. Вторият етаж е обособен като зона за почивка с две просторни спални, всяка с достъп до собствена тераса. Родителската спалня е проектирана като истинско лично убежище. На етажа са разположени две бани с удобни размери, които обслужват спалните.
