Project Description
Този проект представлява модерна еднофамилна къща в м. Косанин дол, проектирана с фокус върху мащабните пространства и високия семеен комфорт. Първият етаж разгръща внушителна дневна зона от над 90 кв.м, в която холът, трапезарията и кухнята са обединени в едно светло и отворено пространство. Големите остъклени витрини осигуряват плавен преход към двора, превръщайки външната тераса в любимо място за сутрешно кафе или вечери на открито. Входното антре на това ниво води към функционална баня, която удобно обслужва дневните функции и гостите на дома. Подземният етаж добавя изключителна практична стойност с просторен гараж за четири автомобила, гарантиращ сигурност и лесен достъп. На същото ниво са разположени техническо помещение и складове, които поемат обслужващите нужди и поддържат реда в жилищните части.
