Този проект представя съвременна двуетажна къща, проектирана с мисъл за независимост и гъвкавост в ежедневието. На първия етаж е разположена обширна дневна зона с кухня и трапезария, която е сърцето на семейните срещи. Просторните прозорци осигуряват обилна светлина и директна връзка с голяма покрита веранда, идеална за споделени вечери на открито. На това ниво се намира една самостоятелна спалня, допълнена от собствен дрешник за максимално удобство. Първият етаж включва още входно антре, отделна тоалетна, баня и функционален склад за технически нужди.
Вторият етаж изненадва с втора голяма дневна зона, която предлага допълнително пространство за релакс или хоби занимания.
