Project Description
Този проект представлява модерна и просторна двуетажна къща в с. Резово, проектирана да предложи лукс и свобода в близост до морето. Първият етаж е развит като мащабна дневна зона, в която кухнята, трапезарията и холът са обединени в едно светло пространство от над 55 кв.м. Големите витрини осигуряват плавен преход към обширна веранда, превръщайки двора в естествено продължение на интериора за летни вечери на открито. Специален акцент на това ниво е уютната зимна градина, която внася природата и светлината в дома през целия ден. Първият етаж е изключително функционален, като включва още голямо мокро помещение, килер към кухнята и допълнителни складови пространства за перфектна организация.
Вторият етаж е изцяло посветен на уединението, като тук са разположени три просторни спални.
