Project Description
Този проект представя модерна двуетажна къща, проектирана за семеен комфорт и функционално разпределение на пространствата. Първият етаж е организиран около дневна зона, която обединява хол, трапезария и кухня в едно светло и отворено пространство. Големите остъклявания осигуряват естествена светлина и лесен преход към дворното пространство, превръщайки природата в част от интериора. На първото ниво е разположена самостоятелна спалня, която е отлично решение за стая за гости или за обитатели, предпочитащи живот без стълби. Етажът разполага още с функционално антре, баня и практично мокро помещение, разположено под стълбищната клетка.
Вторият етаж е изцяло посветен на почивката, като включва три просторни спални, разпределени около централен коридор. За пълното удобство на голямото семейство на това ниво са предвидени две самостоятелни бани, осигуряващи независимост в сутрешните часове. Две от спалните разполагат с директен излаз към собствени балкони, които внасят простор и свеж въздух в личните зони.
