Project Description
Този проект представлява модерна триетажна къща в град Банкя, проектирана да предложи изключителен комфорт и съвременен стил на живот. Първото ниво е посветено на социалния живот с просторна дневна зона, в която кухнята, трапезарията и холът са обединени в едно светло пространство. Големите витрини осигуряват естествена връзка с двора, превръщайки външното пространство в естествено продължение на дома. На този етаж е разположен и самостоятелен кабинет – идеалното място за тиха работа от дома или концентрация. Нивото се допълва от функционално антре, баня, техническо помещение и удобен килер към кухнята.
Второто ниво разполага с две уютни спални, които споделят обща баня и допълнително складово помещение. Емпорето над дневната зона създава усещане за обем и въздух, като осигурява визуална връзка между етажите. Третият етаж е оформен като изключителна родителска зона, включваща просторна спалня със собствен дрешник и баня. Специален акцент тук е самостоятелната сауна, която превръща най-високото ниво в лично СПА кътче за пълноценен релакс.
