Този проект на едноетажна къща в село Негован предлага модерен и изключително практичен начин на живот, събран в компактна и уютна форма. Просторната дневна зона е сърцето на дома, където кухнята, трапезарията и холът са обединени в едно светло пространство от над 40 кв.м.. Големите витрини осигуряват изобилие от естествена светлина и създават директна връзка с външната веранда, идеална за сутрешно кафе или вечери на открито. Всички жилищни функции са разположени на първия етаж, което прави къщата удобна за обитаване без излишни стълби. На това ниво са проектирани три самостоятелни спални, осигуряващи лично пространство за всеки член на семейството.
Родителската спалня е организирана като лична зона за комфорт със собствен дрешник и самостоятелна баня. Останалите две спални са разположени в непосредствена близост до втора функционална баня. Обслужващите нужди са решени чрез широко антре и отделно мокро помещение, което помага за лесното поддържане на реда в дома. Разпределението е логично и ясно, като разделя дневните занимания от тишината на нощната зона.
