Project Description
Този проект в Бургас представя модерна визия за просторен семеен дом, в който светлината и усещането за свобода са водещи. Първият етаж е организиран около впечатляваща дневна зона, обединяваща хол, трапезария и кухня в отворено пространство с големи витрини. Голямата покрита веранда служи като естествено продължение на интериора, превръщайки се в перфектната сцена за вечери на открито. На същото ниво е разположена самостоятелна спалня, която осигурява тишина и комфорт без необходимост от изкачване на стълби. Функционалността на етажа се допълва от килер към кухнята, мокро помещение и санитарен възел за гости. Удобен гараж за два автомобила е позициониран в отделен обем, като към него са предвидени и две големи складови помещения.
На втория етаж са разположени четири спални, разпределени така, че да гарантират пълно уединение на всеки член от семейството.
