Project Description
При проектирането на тази сграда е търсен облика на масивната родопска къща, която би устояла на суровия планински климат. Къщата следва стръмния терен и създава впечатление, че изниква от него със своите мощни каменни стени. Големите стрехи, които покриват терасите и верандата са укрепени от дървени подкоси. Те придават традиционен вид на сградата. Къщата е триетажна като на приземния етаж са проектирани входно антре, просторна дневна, трапезария, кухня, спалня със самостоятелна баня, тоалетна и склад. Развита е покрита веранда до трапезарията и там са предвидени кът за хранене и външна кухня. На втория етаж са проектирани три спални и три бани за всяка от тях. Пред спалните са проектирани покрити тераси. На третия етаж са развити две спални с две бани към тях.
Конструкцията е монолитна стоманобетонна. Ограждащите стени са тухлени с външна топлоизолация. Фасадното оформление включва каменна облицовка, характерната за района дървена облицовка и бяла мазилка. Дограмата е от дърво със стъклопакет от нискоемисионно стъкло. Многото покриви мащабират и хоризонтират къщата като по този начин тя не доминира в парцела.
