Project Description
Това е проект на модерна градска къща с три надземни етажа и един полу-подземен. По фасадата са съчетани мазилка, каменна облицовка от варовикови плочи и дървена облицовка. Овалните обеми придават елегантност на визията.
Подземният етаж съдържа механа, фитнес, сауна, мазе, както и котелно със склад към него. Всички помещения се вентилират по естествен начин посредством прозорци с изключение на мазето, което се вентилира принудително. Първият етаж съдържа входно антре, еднопространствена дневна зона с трапезария и кухня, спалня с индивидуално гардеробно, кабинет, перално и санитарен възел. Към трапезарията и дневната са проектирани големи витрини, които допринасят за ослънчаването на помещенията. От дневната зона и от спалнята се излиза на открита веранда към двора. Вторият етаж съдържа втора дневна, спалня, кабинет, перално, баня и покрит балкон. Към стълбищната клетка е проектиран балкон, който служи и за козирка над входа. Предвиден е и малък балкон към спалнята. Третият етаж съдържа четири спални, едната от които е с гардеробно. Проектирани са два общи балкона, на всеки от които се излиза от две спални. И двата балкона са покрити.
Конструкцията е монолитна стоманобетонна. Ограждащите стени са тухлени с външна топлоизолация. Дограмата е PVC със стъклопакет от нискоемисионно стъкло. Покривът е четирискатен покрит с керамични керемиди “Tondach”.
