Project Description
Този проект представя съвременна и просторна еднофамилна къща в с. Равно поле, проектирана да осигури изключителен комфорт и модерна визия на две нива. Първият етаж посреща с обширна дневна зона, в която холът, трапезарията и кухнята са обединени в светло, отворено пространство за споделени семейни моменти. Директната връзка с голямата веранда превръща двора в естествено продължение на интериора, идеално за вечери на открито и почивка. На това ниво е разположена и голяма самостоятелна спалня, разполагаща със собствен дрешник и индивидуална баня за пълно уединение. Функционалността на етажа се допълва от входно антре, склад, самостоятелно WC и техническо помещение.
Вторият етаж е организиран като богата нощна зона с три спални, всяка от които има излаз към панорамни балкони. Основната спалня на това ниво разполага със собствен дрешник и баня, докато другите две стаи се обслужват от допълнителни санитарни възли в непосредствена близост. На горното ниво е предвидено и просторно мокро помещение, което добавя практичност в ежедневната грижа за дома.
