Project Description
Този мащабен проект в София предлага съвременна визия и изключителен простор, разпределен на четири нива за максимален комфорт на голямо семейство. Основната дневна зона на първия етаж обединява кухня, трапезария и хол в светло и отворено пространство, което кани естествената светлина у дома. Животът се пренася лесно навън чрез обширна покрита тераса, идеална за спокойни вечери на открито. На първия етаж са разположени две самостоятелни спални, всяка от които разполага със собствена баня за пълно удобство. Обслужващите функции на това ниво включват входно антре, килер към кухнята и допълнителни санитарни помещения за гости. Проектът предвижда удобно външно паркиране за четири автомобила, организирано непосредствено пред входа.
Нивото под кота нула е изключително функционално, като в него са разположени още четири спални и голям самостоятелен дрешник. На същото ниво са концентрирани техническите зони, включително котелно, мокро помещение и допълнителни складови площи. Вторият етаж е истинска лайфстайл зона, включваща личен фитнес, кабинет за работа от дома и втора гостна стая с кухненски бокс. Подпокривното пространство добавя още едно таванско помещение, което може да се ползва за хоби или съхранение на вещи.
