Project Description
Този проект представя просторен и уютен семеен дом в с. Белчин, проектиран да осигури комфорт и хармония за голямо семейство. Сърцето на къщата е разположено на първия етаж, където дневната, трапезарията и кухнята са обединени в огромно и светло пространство. Големите витрини осигуряват естествена светлина през целия ден и създават лесен преход към верандата и зеления двор за слънчеви следобеди на открито. На същото ниво е развита специална зона за развлечения – самостоятелна стая за игри, която предлага идеално място за хобита или детски забавления. Първият етаж включва още практично антре с дрешник, баня и голям склад, който помага за лесното поддържане на реда в дома.
Вторият етаж е изцяло посветен на почивката и уединението, като разполага с цели пет самостоятелни спални. Всяка стая на нивото е с оптимални размери, като най-голямата спалня е с площ от 17 кв.м, осигурявайки лично пространство за всеки член на семейството.
