Project Description
Този проект представя модерна триетажна къща в село Лозенец, проектирана да предложи максимална свобода и независимост на всяко от нивата си. Сърцето на дома е разположено на втория етаж, където просторната дневна зона от близо 50 кв.м. обединява кухня, трапезария и кът за отдих в едно светло пространство. Огромната панорамна тераса на това ниво е идеалното място за дълги вечери под открито небе и споделени моменти със семейството. Първият етаж осигурява комфортно настаняване с две самостоятелни спални, всяка със собствена баня, и допълнителна дневна зона с директен излаз към двора. Функционалното разпределение на това ниво се допълва от удобно антре, склад и отделна тоалетна за гости.
На втория етаж е позиционирана и голяма спалня с площ над 15 кв.м., обслужвана от две самостоятелни санитарни помещения. Третият етаж е истинско уединено убежище, разполагащо със собствена спалня, уютна дневна и баня. Две допълнителни тераси на последното ниво разкриват прекрасни гледки и осигуряват усещане за простор и близост до морето.
