Този проект в град Черноморец представлява модерна двуетажна къща, проектирана за спокоен семеен живот близо до морския бряг. Първият етаж е организиран около просторна дневна зона, в която кухнята, трапезарията и холът се сливат в едно светло и гостоприемно пространство. Голямата покрита веранда служи като естествено разширение на дома навън, предлагайки идеалното място за почивка на чист въздух. За удобство на обитателите са предвидени функционално антре, самостоятелна баня и практичен склад. Къщата е проектирана с компактни размери, което я прави лесна за поддръжка и същевременно достатъчно просторна за нуждите на едно семейство.
На втория етаж са разположени две слънчеви спални с еднакви размери, всяка от които осигурява уединение и спокойствие за почивка. Нощната зона на това ниво се обслужва от просторна баня и общ балкон, който свързва спалните с външната среда.
