Project Description
Това е проект на малка едноетажна дървена вила. По фасадата са използвани каменна и дървена облицовка и мазилка като целта е къщата да се приобщи към пасторалната среда, за която е проектирана. Едновременно с това визията е съвременна. Очарованието на вилата се създава от дървените елементи по фасадата като кантове около отворите, капаци по прозорците и дървените колони. Търсено е балансирано отваряне на къщата към двора като витрините са отстъпили място на прозорците. Акцент в челната фасада е каменната стена на камината, която прорязва къщата във вертикала. Във вилата са проектирани входно антре, дневна с кухненски бокс и кът за хранене, две спални, баня и склад.
Конструкцията е дървена скелетна. Ограждащите стени са многослойни с междинна и с външна топлоизолация. Фасадното оформление включва каменна облицовка от плочи гнайс, дървена облицовка и цветна минерална мазилка „Baumit”. Дограмата е PVC със стъклопакет от нискоемисионно стъкло. Покривът е четирискатен покрит с бетонни керемиди “Bramac”.
