Project Description
Това е проект на чаровна селска къща на три етажа: два надземни и един полу-подземен. Търсен е контраст между грубата каменна облицовка и елегантната бяла мазилка, която е растерирана от тъмни дървени летви. Покривът на къщата е стръмен и той започва от втория етаж като по този начин създава скосения и динамика в таваните на спалните. На първо ниво са проектирани два склада и стълбищна клетка. Пред складовете са развити две паркоместа, едното от които е покрито с навес. На второ ниво са проектирани входно антре, дневна с трапезария, кухня, спалня и баня. В дневната е развит кът за камина. Пред трапезарията и кухнята е проектирана просторна веранда, която е покрита от дървена пергола. Големи витрини отварят помещенията към двора. На трето ниво са разположени три спални и баня. Предвидени са капандури за осветяване на помещенията.
Конструкцията е монолитна стоманобетонна. Ограждащите стени са тухлени с външна топлоизолация. Фасадното оформление включва каменна облицовка, бяла минерална мазилка „Baumit”, бял сайдинг и декоративни дървени елементи. Дограмата е дървена със стъклопакет от нискоемисионно стъкло. Покривът е трискатен покрит с битумни керемиди Cambridge.
