The water is just a few meters away from the houses. The community includes 7 individual buildings and a small hotel with a total usable area of about 3000 square meters. A pool and a creek form the backbone of the complex. The appearance of the resort is inspired by traditional Bulgarian architecture. A joint project between ISPDD and 3D INDUSTRY.
