| This apartment buildings
group is situated in Meden Rudnik suburb in the
city of Bourgas, Bulgaria. It consists of five almost
identical bodies which hold a total of 141 apartments.
They will serve as social houses so the building
cost had to be reduced significantly. This requirement
was taken into consideration in the architectural
process. The total area of the residential buildings
is approximately 14 000 square meters. The architectural
projects must be completed by the end of February,
2005. In addition a trade center, a beauty center,
a small hotel, a sport center, a restaurant and
a cafe will be designed and biult to complete the
