This apartment building
is situated in Nesebar, Bulgaria. It is a symetric
two-family building. At the ground floor are located
two garages and two small shops. The upper levels
contain the apartments of the owners. The total
area of the architectural project is 755 square
meters. There are two separate staircases for the
two families. The architectural design and the color
of the facades of the building implement the idea
of a "house by the sea".
