This trading center
is placed in the middle of a plot with an irregular
form and a total area of
47 000 square meters. The architectural project
creates three virtual zones: a residential area
(apartment buildings, a hotel and a mosque), a trading
area (shops, restaurants, cafes, a health center,
parking area) and a recreation area (a playground
for the children) along the river. The architecture
of the complex is a mixture of the traditional Nigerian
architecture and the contemporary trends in modern
architecture. It takes into account the specific
climatic peculiarities of the site.
